Refunds policy

We operate on a print-on-demand service, which means your products will be freshly printed after you order from us. Therefore, please refer to the following policies carefully before making a custom Print on Demand Products.

To be eligible for a refund/replacement, please make sure that:

  • The product was received in the last 30 days.
  • The product has the problems we describe below.

Important note:

Since your order is custom printed just for you, we are not responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit or preference issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart on each product page. Please make sure you refer to it first for the best fit.

Modify or Cancel an order

You cannot modify or cancel your order. Once your order has been placed, you have 12 hours to contact us and request an order modification (such as a size/color change) or cancellation. After 12 hours, your order will go into production and cannot be modified anymore, except for your shipping address.

We may still edit/modify your shipping address before we finish printing the product and ship it (this takes 3-5 days on average). So please contact us as soon as possible.

Damaged / incorrect / low quality product

We guarantee a refund or free replacement for you in the following cases:

  • Poorly printed design.
  • You received a different size than what you ordered.
  • You have received a different product than what you ordered.
  • Product is missing or damaged.
  • Please contact us with your order number and a clear photo showing the incorrect item, poor print quality, or damaged area of ​​the item.

Returns

Since your product is custom printed just for you, we do not accept returns. Please send us a photo that shows the specific problem with the product and includes the order number. As soon as we confirm that, we will refund or replace for you.

Order not delivered

If your item does not arrive within 30 days of placing your order, please contact us for a free replacement order or a full refund on your purchase. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries)

Refund (if applicable)

Please contact support@pradaluxury.com. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. You will receive your refund within 5-10 business days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)

Once we accept your refund, it will take approximately 5-10 days for you to receive your refund back to your original payment method. It may take an additional 3-5 days for the money to return to you. If you still don't see it, please follow these steps

  • Contact the bank and check the information about the money for us.
  • If still not please contact us support@pradaluxury.com, we will check and reply to you as quickly as possible.
