Returns & Exchanges Policy

All claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of product receipt. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the expected delivery date. Complaints deemed to be errors on our part will resend a new application to you.

If a customer notices a problem with the product or anything else in their order, please email support@pradaluxury.com.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We can only process cancellations for active campaigns. Email us with your order details and we'll give you a full refund.

NOTE: We cannot cancel orders after the offer has closed and printing has begun.

Production starts quickly, but we'll do our best to accommodate any changes to your order before it begins. For any changes, send us to notice prior to the start of production at support@pradaluxury.com. Be sure to include your order number and change details to process it for you.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Because our products are printed on demand and unique to each campaign, they will only be eligible for a refund if the product itself is defective, if the print quality is poor, or if the product is ultimately significantly different from the product featured on the website.

If there is a problem with your product, please email us at support@pradaluxury.com with:

  1. Photo(s) of the package and affected item(s).
  2. Your order number and/or the email address where the order was registered.
  3. More details about the relevant package.

We will use this information to review replacements and prevent future failures.

Any unauthorized return or exchange of washed, worn, or damaged items will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.

Note: *Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

WHEN CAN I REQUEST A REPLACEMENT ITEM?

Each product must be carefully inspected before delivery. But mistakes are inevitable and to ensure that all customers are satisfied, we offer replacement items for any of the following reasons:

  • The product itself has flaws.
  • Poor print quality.
  • The final product differs significantly from the design presented on our website.
  • The following information about the product is not the same as the order: type, size, color, and printing content.

HOW TO RETURN THE Item?

If a customer wishes to return an item, we only accept returns if they meet all of the following conditions:

  • Within 30 days of receiving your shipment
  • Any item not in original condition damaged or missing parts through no fault of ours
  • Unwashed and unworn
  • In original packaging

After contacting support@pradaluxury.com and receiving our response with a qualified return address, please follow these instructions exactly:

Pack all returned items, along with a printout of your purchase confirmation email.

Go to your local post office or another courier to have the package delivered to the address mentioned in the email.

Then please provide us with the tracking number from the post office or courier. You will receive an email as soon as we receive your items. We will also send you another email to notify you if we approve or deny the refund in your case.

CAN I CHANGE THE TYPE / SIZE / COLORS OF THE PRODUCT?

You can exchange product type/size/color within 12 hours. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@pradaluxury.com.

HOW LONG IS THE REFUND OR EXCHANGE PROCESS?

From start to finish, please give your refund/exchange 7-12 business days for domestic orders to get it back to you. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & International orders, please allow 9-14 business days for delivery.

Eligible refunds are processed instantly, but it may take up to 5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your payment method. Once we have your item, we will either send it for an exchange or qualify for a refund.

CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of your original order.

Why? Because we are unable to cancel orders once an offer has closed and the printing process has commenced we won't be able to do anything about it until it arrives at your door in which case you'd send it back and only then would we be able to process the refund.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please email us directly at support@pradaluxury.com.

WRONG ADDRESS (IF AND AS APPLICABLE)

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

UNCLAIMED (IF AND AS APPLICABLE)

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
