The PradaLuxury Store is made and shipped in the USA. We've put a lot of focus on making sure items are delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.

Please note:

Estimated shipping time does not include processing/production time!

Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

You'll see estimated processing and shipping times on the checkout page.

Order processing time

  • On average, our order processing time is 2 - 5 business days, depending on the different products on the store.

Note: For replacement orders or lack of order processing time will be reduced to 1-3 working days.

Order shipping time

  • Shipping in the US: 5-7 business days
  • International shipping: 7-10 working days

Transport fee

  • US shipping fee: Free
  • International shipping fee: 9.99 $

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Since we are a print-on-demand company, product processing takes 2-5 business days. Please give us a few days depending on the type of product you order. 90% of our orders are fulfilled within 3 business days on all products.

With which carriers will my order be shipped?

We ship domestic orders with USPS, DHL, OSM depending on the recipient address to improve delivery speed and cost efficiency.

It may take 5 to 7 business days for domestic delivery.

Delivery takes 7-10 business days for international orders.

Can I track my order?

Yes! We will send you a tracking number by email. In some cases, it can take up to 5 days. You can then track your Order by clicking “Track Your Order” in the Main Menu.

If you do not receive an email, please contact us so we can provide you with information prior to making a Chargeback, in some cases Emails are not sent automatically.

Where is my order?

To check the status of your order, please use the tracking number we send to your email.

If you have ordered several items, they are usually shipped in separate packages so you may receive them on different days. You will receive an email with a tracking number for each package sent.

Why can't I choose fastship for my order?

Certain colors are rare or always in low stock that require more processing time, so we are unable to offer expedited shipping for these specific colors on orders. If you would like your items to be delivered faster, please contact us at, so we can review and do the best we can.

My tracking number is not working.

Tracking numbers may take 1-2 days to appear in the carrier's system. Occasionally, carriers may experience delays in updating their website or delivering an order. If the tracking number still doesn't work within 4 business days for the processing time policy, please contact us at

I have not received a shipment notification.

If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, it may have been moved to your spam folder. If it's not there, please contact as we may have an incorrect email on file. Make sure to include the name on your shipping information, email, and anything else that might help!

How do you handle the customs fees/taxes?

Cstoms fees and taxes may apply depending on the country of origin, size, weight and/or value of your order.

All taxes, duties and customs fees are responsible for the recipient.

My package is marked as delivered, but I have never received it.

If your package was marked as delivered but you never received it, follow these steps:

1. Check around your house/apartment in case the postal carrier places the package in an odd location.

2. Ask your neighbors as they may have received your package.

3. Check your local post office for package information.

I ordered more than 2 items, but only received one...where is my order?

We have a large stock of non-stock products in-house when you order multiple items, they can be shipped separately to get them to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once… they are being shipped. If you think there is an error, contact us at

Shipping to multiple locations

Unfortunately, we are unable to split an order and ship to multiple locations. If you want to ship items to different locations, you will need to place an order for each shipping address separately.

Change the address

Unfortunately, we are not able to change the shipping address after the order has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible, we will get back to you if we can change the address in time.
